Hello from Dawn and Leo!

Hi! I'm Dawn Bovasso, and this is my son, Leo. We moved to Killington in 2024 after a lifetime in Boston - and when people ask why, I tend to say, "Less rent, more skiing."

 

I fell in love with Mountain Green right away: the community, how it's right on the resort, how there are fun things to do all year round. But I noticed that there is a gap in rentals that are beautiful experiences, particularly curated for skiers/snowboarders. That's why I bought my first property and started The Little Phoenix. I work as a Design Director in advertising, so doing physical design has been an incredible and gratifying experience.
